Shipping & Returns

FREIGHT

Unless advised that the customer has arranged their own freight, orders will be dispatched to the customer utilising an Ampro Sales Ltd nominated carrier. A Freight and Dispatch fee will be charged depending on the nature and destination of the shipment.

 

LOSS OR DAMAGED GOODS IN TRANSIT

It is the customer’s responsibility to immediately claim on the carrier when goods are received in damaged or pillaged condition or if only part of a consignment is received. In such cases we will accept claims for credit where the value of a package exceeds $1500 and evidence is provided that the carrier/s have accepted liability for the initial $1500.

In the event of total loss of a consignment please advise Ampro as soon as you become aware of the loss. 

 

RETURN OF GOODS

Goods returned (other than faulty or incorrectly sent) will incur a 10% restocking charge. No returns will be credited unless returned within 14 days of date of packing slip QUOTING PACKING SLIP NUMBER against which goods were sent.

 

FAULTY GOODS

Must be returned directly to our address, freight paid, and with full details in writing of alleged defect. We reserve the right to replace, repair, or credit faulty goods, at our option. Unless we receive a detailed warranty claim with a repair a nominal repair charge will be made. See here for more information regarding consumer returns.
