Ampro stands behind the products we sell with excellent warranties and support. Most products that we distribute carry a "Limited Lifetime" warranty or similar. This type of warranty guarantees product to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the reasonable lifetime of the item given normal use.

Any warranty claims must be accompanied by a proof of purchase and should be returned via the place of purchase, or directly to us here at:

If sending directly please include a completed copy of the Return Authorisation Form (available here) with the goods.

Please note that in most instances we are only able to provide support for product that we have imported into New Zealand. Products purchased overseas or parallel imported are typically not eligible for warranty support in NZ.
