This special edition with the knife factory’s coordinates on the knife blade highlights the characteristic Dala Red™ colour that has defined Morakniv and its long red thread throughout history. It took years to perfect the knives Morakniv makes and even today they are still made in Mora, Sweden. Because just like you, Morakniv knows that quality takes no shortcuts.

This is a powerful full tang outdoor knife that can be used in many challenging situations. Designed for the adventurer, this knife is an excellent choice when you need a safe and robust tool close at hand. It is also compatible with a fire starter and has a protective black DLC-coating which prevents reflections on the blade. The ergonomic barrel-shaped polymer handle features a friction grip, finger guard and a 3.2 mm thick blade made of carbon steel, which provides both strength and stability in every cut. The black DLC-coating provides some protection against rust and prevents reflections on the blade. Thanks to the blade and handle design, the knife is ideal for working safely and efficiently in various weather conditions all year. The polymer knife sheath is symmetrical, which means it suits both right and left-handed users, and has a leather strap made of Swedish vegetable-tanned leather that can be attached easily to your belt. Carbon steel rusts, so wipe and oil the blade after use.
