CRAFTED WITH CARE, DESIGNED WITH THE PLANET IN MIND
The handles of “Old Bear®” knives are made from walnut wood, Italian olive wood, and various types of laminated wood, prioritizing raw materials sourced from responsibly managed forests (FSC certification). The "old style" packaging is crafted from innovative recycled paper and bags made from Green PE, a sustainable plastic derived from sugarcane processing.

SAFETY GUARANTEED WITH EVERY CUT
The blade, made from Aperam’s Nitrogen W 1.4060 MA5 steel, boasts excellent corrosion resistance: hygienic, resistant to rust, and inert to the substances it comes into contact with. It does not affect food and is not affected by it. W 1.4060 stainless steel achieves higher hardness during the temper, which allows the blade to hold and keep and maintain the edge for longer.
