The handles of “Old Bear®” knives are made from walnut wood, Italian olive wood, and various types of laminated wood, prioritizing raw materials sourced from responsibly managed forests (FSC certification). The "old style" packaging is crafted from innovative recycled paper and bags made from Green PE, a sustainable plastic derived from sugarcane processing.

The blade, artisanally handcrafted from unique and eye-catching Stainless Damascus DS93X steel, comes with a satined finish and can be secured open or closed with the included slide-lock.
