Victorinox products draw upon over a century of tradition and experience. The story began in 1884 when Karl and Victoria Elsener founded the company. A few years later the “Officer Knife”, which later became known as the “Swiss Army Knife”, was patented.

To this day these “Companion's for life” are still made in Ibach, Schwyz, near the banks of Lake Lucerne in the heart of Switzerland.

Never a company to rest on their laurels, constant innovation has always been a key part of their success.
